- Atlanta-born photographer Liz Steger specializes in food, restaurant, and still life photography. Based in Manhattan for the past decade, she has photographed many of the city’s top eateries and edibles for such clients as Food Arts Magazine, New York Magazine, Ciao Bella Gelato, Smith & Wollensky, and the Waldorf Astoria. Recently married to writer Marc Hartzman, the creative couple published the book Found on eBay: 101 Genuinely Bizarre Items From the World’s Online Yard Sale (Universe), featuring work slightly different than the delicious delicacies she’s known for. Steger’s current book, Sweet Serendipity: Delicious Desserts and Devilish Dish returns her to her passion, as the colorful cookbook showcases the wondrous desserts of New York’s Serendipity 3 (Rizzoli).
